Learning in practice

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BZ) we're constantly confronted with changing circumstances and new developments. To keep up, it's essential that we keep working to develop our skills. We believe that training sessions and courses are not the only way to learn.

Learning and development is much more than taking a course. You also learn by familiarizing yourself with a new topic, by the experiences of colleagues or by what you take away from various consultations. And also by the feedback and evaluations you receive and give.
