‘Learning to me is a mix of meeting new people, exchanging viewpoints with colleagues, inspiring each other and working on understanding of processes, systems and concepts. And above all improving skills to become more effective within the organization. I think learning is also fun and meaningful. It’s a privilege to work in an organization that encourages learning and offers a wide range of learning activities, to steer your own personal and professional development.

The courses and workshops I participated in gave me a lot of insights. I learned how to balance between the different interests and ideas of people. How to be more sensitive to political interests and how to utilize the power of the informal organization, with many knowledgeable colleagues in the different departments. Most of the courses are very practical and therefore useful in daily work.’
