I help coordinate and organise various learning activities, in particular the technical aspects. Some of the learning activities I’m involved in are ‘First 100 days at the mission’, ‘Working across cultures’, ‘International Negotiations’, ‘Central Europe and the Western Balkans’ and ‘Tech Diplomacy’. This requires regular contact with training companies and locations. I also ensure contracts and decisions are drafted correctly and that e-learning modules are uploaded to the Academy’s learning portal.
As an Assistant Learning Advisor I work closely with all the learning advisers to make sure that there are no problems with the learning activities. My other roles at the Academy are in-house emergency officer and contact person for occupational health and safety issues.
