As deputy head of the Academy I share responsibility for setting our learning and development strategy – the Academy’s role as compass. As operational management coordinator, I ensure our procurement, contract management and IT infrastructures are optimised so that they can serve as a platform for all of BZ, and specifically the Academy. I work with the IT team and the assistants to make sure courses are easily accessible for participants. I’m also tasked with making learning and development data available to line managers for decision-making purposes. Basically, my role is to work behind the scenes so that everything runs smoothly.
