Onboarding is the process by which new employees get to know the full organisation in the first period after starting work, and gain insight into what their own role contributes to the objectives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA/BZ). As onboarding coordinator, I’m responsible for organising and coordinating onboarding days for new BZ staff in The Hague, as well as online onboarding meetings for locally employed staff at the missions abroad.
