Through workshops, lectures and development programmes, I support colleagues within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA/BZ) in developing their awareness and skills on diversity, inclusion and personal strength. 

I'm passionate about creating an inclusive working environment where everyone feels heard, valued and respected. In other words, an environment that embraces people’s uniqueness. Because I believe that diversity and inclusion enhance creativity and innovation, especially in an organisation like BZ.
