As a senior adviser on learning and IT, I'm the contact person for the learning activities on trade promotion, such as ‘Trade and Investment Promotion’ and the webinar series ‘Economic Diplomacy’, a key policy theme of the Directorate-General for Foreign Economic Relations (DGBEB). I'm also responsible for the courses ‘Effective coordination’ and ‘First 100 days in the department’.

I'm also the person to ask if you have questions about online training and blended learning programmes (for example: a combination of online and in-person classes, or individual and group sessions). I'm also involved in matters relating to IT for learning and development. This includes applications developed for the Academy, such as the learning portal. Our team is committed to improving the digital workspace at the ministry of Foreign Affairs to make it even easier to learn on the job.
