For matters concerning upskilling and professional development, I am the Academy's point of contact for departments belonging to the Directorate-General for Political Affairs (in Dutch: DGPZ).

As a learning advisor, I support and advise departments not only in the analysing and defining learning needs, but also in the tailor-made design and shaping of a learning activity. Often, I am involved in the procurement and organisation of such learning activity. I also work on innovation, development and quality assurance of learning and development at the Academy.
