As coordinator of the leadership and management development (L&M) learning offer within the academy, I focus on empowering managers at different levels, through the corporate L&M learning trajectory, the leadership learning pathway and relevant government-wide programmes.

I also coordinate the international policy officer training programme (IBBZ). Furthermore I am involved in a number of other projects and initiatives relating to learning pathways, talent development and generative AI (artificial intelligence). At the Academy, we’re experts in supporting staff at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in their professional growth and development.
