Geluidsfragmen (Engels): Mirella van de Noort-Tijhaar vertelt over het belang van leren

‘It’s important to keep learning in order to strengthen our professional expertise. But most of all, learning is fun! The Academy offers a wide range of learning activities. There’s something for everyone.

But learning is not just about attending a webinar or taking a course. And it’s not just about the individual. We believe it’s important to strengthen BZ as a whole by learning together and reflecting together on what we’ve learned. In fact, doing our everyday work is a learning process in itself – it teaches us about ourselves, the content of our work and how BZ as an organisation can improve so that we can achieve our goals.

An organisation that never stops learning enables staff in international positions to carry out their work to the best of their ability, now and in the future, worldwide.’
